Ingredients:
– 2 cups basmati rice

– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Steps:
1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
2. In a large pot or pan, heat some oil or ghee and add cumin seeds.
3. Once the cumin seeds start to sputter, add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
